Cut Line Club is a free tool for running private fantasy golf pools with friends. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

Cut Line Club is a scoring and coordination tool for private golf pools among friends. It does not process any payments, handle entry fees, or facilitate prize distribution. Anything involving money is strictly between you and your pool's participants.

Cut Line Club is not a gambling platform and takes no position on any financial arrangements between pool members. It's your responsibility to ensure your pool complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

You need an email address to create an account. Keep it secure — you're responsible for anything done through your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use Cut Line Club.

Don't use Cut Line Club to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to break, abuse, or reverse-engineer the service
• Submit false information or impersonate others
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute data from the app

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Tournament field, scoring, and ranking data is sourced from public PGA Tour and OWGR feeds. We do our best to keep it accurate and up-to-date, but we can't guarantee every pick or leaderboard entry is free of errors. If you spot something wrong, email us.

Cut Line Club is provided as-is with no uptime guarantees. We're a small operation — most of the time things work, occasionally they don't. We'll do our best to notify you when something breaks, but we aren't liable for any losses (financial or otherwise) from downtime, bugs, or data issues.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. If anything meaningful changes, we'll update the "last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
